Why? If it is the quit menu entry then it should have the same
shortcut as all other quit commands.
But of course it could be renamed to "Log Out..." as on Mac OS X.
Maybe this would even reflect better what it does than just "Quit"?

Actually, Enrico put this in on request by me (or at least after I
requested it). I have GWorkspace controlling my session and kept
being thrown out by hitting Cmd-q while the wrong app was active :-)
Maybe it'd be possible to check if GWorkspace was a child of some
window manager or directly of the display manager, and display the
panel in dependency on that.
