ANN: 2nd draft Configuration Guide

Hi all,

I am pleased to announce the 2nd Draft of the Configuration Guide. A lot 
has changed since the previous release:
- intro to backends
- A new chapter about localization
- Re-ordered the keyboard chapter
- Re-wrote/ordered the color chapter
- Fonts chapter
- Unknown chapter with all defaults to be incorporated somehow

What didn't change:
- MJ Ray: First of all sorry for the late respone, but the layout I use 
is the default Debian stuff for DocBook/Jade. I would love to write my 
own DSSSL for the GNUstep docs, but looking into that I decided that it 
would currently take too much time to do so.
