Getting Help

Hi all,

I tested some tools for their help function and found:

defaults help and --help
gdomap -H
openapp --help
gpbs --help
debugapp --help
gdnc (no help at all it seems)
gnustep_sndd (no help at all it seems)

And gdomap seems a bit inconsistent.

Should I just document this behaviours? File a bug report?
Fixes... hmmm yeah :) I browsed through the source of gdomap to see if I 
could fix it... and hmm, well... no :) sorry.
