Selectable and editable matrix/spreadsheet question

Hi,

I would like to have a spreadsheet-like view based on NSMatrix. Now, I know how
to crate editable matrix OR selectable by rect. However, how can I make the
matrix:
- selectable by rect on single click
- editable cells on double click
?

Are there any examples available?
