GNUstep & Garbage collection

Yeah, I know about that:

But it doesn't explain how to build
I never understood anything about configure file. but I searched inside all 
configure resource and I found nothing remotely related to garbage 
collection.


I also search in the make package.
The only metion of "GS_WITH_GC"I found was in "Changelog.1"

But there are no "brain.make" file
I'm stumped.
Please, does anyone has any usefull advice?
