Not as far as I know ... but GNUstep-base provides it ... readily
available as standard in the base library, and for Cocoa users it's
in the base additions library.
Look at the GSMime documentation (or GSMime.h) for +decodeBase64:,
+decodeBase64String:, +encodeBase64: and +encodeBase64String:
