Hi John
David gave already a pretty exhaustive introduction. ProjectCenter and
Gorm form together your IDE. You might also want to use PC only for
creating the makefiles and then coding using another editor like emacs or
vim. I personally suggest the use of Gorm, but there too you might for
example choose Renaissance. GNUstep is quite free.

Also of help: looking at our examples and smaller application to see how
they do.
