Yes, sorry, I was mixing up the package release with the VM release -
there's nothing in the packages that would change the window manager.
I don't know whether xfce or its display manager might be the cause
of any problems. You could try changing it.
In YaST2:
* Go to System --> /etc/sysconfig Editor
* in the /etc/sysconfig Editor, go to:
- Desktop --> Display manager --> DISPLAYMANAGER
and change it to something else e.g. xdm
and
- Desktop --> Window manager --> DEFAULT_WM
and change it to e.g. windowmaker (if you have it installed)
I've used the combination of xdm and windowmaker successfully
in the past.
