Fix MyGL from examples doesn't start-up and it crashes the X server

Hi,

while looking into sth. else, I recognized that starting MyGL doesn't work, it 
starts, but the GUI never shows up. I found that it is the same Problem I found 
in LapisPuzzle. Attached patch fixes the problem for me.

After MyGL startup, when I try to resize parts of the window, or the whole 
window, it crashes my X server.
