Just stop saying these unfounded, unverified and plain false statement.
We are much more avanced in 10.6.8, especially regarding Base.
I hope Gregory or Richard wil publicly disclaim you.

Also, swift is designed to be objective-c interoperable. So while I
don't use it myself, it should not require a rewrite ot core.
