[PATCH v2 0/1] dmioem: Decode HPE OEM Record 245

Decode HPE OEM Record 245: Extension Board Inventory Record.

Extension Board Inventory Records are variant records where 
field 0x04 "Extension Board Type" determines how the remaining
fields of the record are defined.

While there is currently only the first instance, a helper function
is used to decode the variant part establishing the pattern
for future updates of the record.
