Details:

Dolibarr version: 2.9.0
OS name and version: Gentoo Linux gentoo64-1 2.6.30-gentoo-r4
web server name and version:Apache 2.2.15
PHP version:PHP Version 5.3.2-pl0-gentoo
Database: Mysql 5.1

Step to reproduce bug:
I am using the french version of dolibarr.
When I want to "valider" (validate) a "fiche d'intervention" about one of my
client, i have a popup telling me "voulez vous valider la fiche ?".
I answer yes. An after this, i have a error 500, in the log of apache... 
php tells me:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Webcal in
/usr/share/dolibar/htdocs/webcalendar/class/webcal.class.php on line 35 

It fails everytime. With Firefox, with IE, with Chrome....
