But for example, if jQueryFileTree is part of a module of Laurent not included in the base installation, why is some references to it in the base installation. Shall I remove it?

This library (jqueryFileTree) is part of a module of Laurent
I use another library (jstree) with D-cloud module
I find jstree more complete than jqueryFileTree.
