But... Is there a field that has all the discounted amount? e.g., to show it after in the invoice.

* remise_percent is a filled and used on details lines. fk_remise_except is for absolute discount also on lines (llx_facturedet).
* all fields remise_* on llx_facture table are no more used (were moved into llx_facturedet).
