[Dolibarr-dev] Question about ORDER_BILLING_ALL_CUSTOMER

Hi:

In commande/liste.php line 340 of 3.4 branch there's and if that checks if $conf->global->ORDER_BILLING_ALL_CUSTOMER is enabled before showing the icon to the user...

It was introduced in a commit by Eldy: https://github.com/Dolibarr/dolibarr/commit/36b314a2d696aacaa121ac39fb4395b559bc1d72

An user in dolibarr.es forum is complaining about this because in 3.3 the icon wasn't shown without enabling the hidden constant. Is there any reason for this? Commit message does not tell anything related to the change...
