Alot like FAQ-o-matic, but the fact that q's and a's are separate is good. The 
`contact' field in `Add a new question' may be confusing, and also `Add a new 
question' has "ERROR !" as its <title>. But FAQ-o-matic isn't so great, and 
would do well to coopt some of this... :)
