Rhys, would it help for me to make a .NET screenshot of all the drawing
border types?  I can just make a bunch of panels and make them use all
the different types and make a screenshot.

Unless your getting the parameters from a doc somewhere then this is not
needed.

Done.

I had to put in a placeholder for "StatusBarPanel.cs" for the time
being, just 
so that the other declarations will compile.  Replace it with your own
when 
you are ready.
