[DotGNU]Winforms broken

Hello all, I was compiling pnetlib CVS just a second ago because Gopal
told me he added some cool stuff to CustomControl.cs so I wanted to
look.  Now I can't execute any winforms apps, even FormsHello. Gives me
this error:

Uncaught exception: System.NotImplementedException: The requested
functionality is not implemented
        at System.Environment.get_OSVersion()
        at System.Drawing.Toolkit.ToolkitManager.CreateDefaultToolkit()
in ./Toolkit/ToolkitManager.cs:131
