Motorola is using Qt/Embedded, which is the Qt port for embedded devices. But
they are currently building their own stuff on top. At least, that is my
understanding. You'd have to contact Trolltech directly, as I don't speak
for them.

None. I may work at Trolltech on the Qtopia Phone project (also built on top
of Qt/Embedded), but pnet is not related to what I do there. It would be
great to have pnet working with Qtopia, but Trolltech is not doing that work.
