Summary:  XmlTextReader throws XmlException on File that MS reads without Error

Original Submission:  Simply read through tte TestForm.xfrm (created by 
SharpDevelop) and the error occures in Element Font.

Reading the File seems to work now. Test throws no exception. Simple Testcase 
is attached.
