[Pnet-developers] Xpm support in pnetlib

This is my first working attempt at adding an image format to DotGNU.Images .  
It works "sorta", I can't get the PixelFormat encodings correct, because I 
don't know what kind of information of an Xpm represents a certain 
PixelFormat.  Any help or pointers appreciated =)
