Would someone be kind enough to rebuild these pages?  I think it's been
overlooked the past two releases.

Also, can someone be kind enough to let me know what the different
attribute items mean?  I'd guess (not knowing here) that the [] entries
are either missing, or incorrect.

Finally, has there been any discussion in the past with regards to the
Microsoft.* namespace?  I glanced at it over the weekend and gave a
fleeting thought to stubbing it out. :)
