Details:

I am trying to simply dump Framework\v3.0\PresentationCore.dll using the pnet
ildasm. For most of the dll that I try it works well but for the above
mentioned dll I get:

not a valid PE/COFF image.

On a different machine I get:

metadata error in token 0.1700184: invalid property signature

Has there been a change in the structure on Microsoft's part that hasn't been
addressed in pnet yet?
