[Dvipng] TeXlive, dvipng and Freetype

Dear Karl,

May 15 is quite possible. I only really have to check that there are no 
regressions, all the changes are done.

One question: do you ship dvipng linked to Freetype? ISTR this is not 
the case, but it would be desirable (output quality is *much* better, 
and dvipng cannot handle CJK-LaTeX without Freetype).
