With the proposed solution, would changing LyxBlogger to eLyXer be as simple as
modifying the default converter from
xhtml -> blog
to
html -> blog
?
On the other hand, since eLyXer does not ship standard with LyX, I must assume
that those people with eLyXer installed are intent on using it. In that case, I
think it would make most sense to only enable eLyXer if present.
