Reproduce:
1. emacs -Q
2. M-x minibuffer-electric-default-mode RET
3. C-x C-f /ssh:some-host:
Expected:
The ~/ prepopulated in the minibuffer should be greyed out.
Actual:
On typing the second :, the ~/ stops being greyed out.
In GNU Emacs 26.1 (build 1, x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version
3.22.24), modified by Debian
Windowing system distributor 'The X.Org Foundation', version 11.0.11906000
