But I got several compilation errors that are shown in the attached file. I would appreciate any thoughts on fixing them.Here is some basic information on the operating system and GCC version. $ uname -a Darwin Y.local 15.6.0 Darwin Kernel Version 15.6.0: Mon Nov 13 21:58:35 PST 2017; root:xnu-3248.72.11~1/RELEASE_X86_64 x86_64 $ gcc --version gcc (MacPorts gcc49 4.9.4_0) 4.9.4 Copyright (C) 2015 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
