Also I disagree that the fact that there is a difference is a bug.
I'd happily see the Lucid menubar behave more like Motif's (i.e.
`Help' stuck to the right), but I don't think that Motif should
be "dumbed down" just because the Lucid tookit doesn't support a
feature.
