OK... I have a few questions on the current release guidelines?
- - How are new features added. If we want to add some new functionality who
approves whether it is added in the 21.x series or the 22.x series?
- can we add C level functions in point releases?
- can we add new lisp packages in point release?
- - Who approves the next release? When does the CVS merit another release?
Thanks...
Kevin
