I really like this idea. It will help our users and will prevent the most
frequently asked question on gnu.emacs.help (how do I turn the tool-bar
off?).
However, we must somehow enable to show the menubar again in the very
friendly way for users (to Show/Hide feature is used). I do not think that
M-: (menu-bar 1) RET is the right way for them (that would be the most
frequently asked question then ;-).
