rms on 2003-06-03 deleted the C-M-delete and C-M-backspace keybindings.
why?
OK, I know that C-M-BS kills the X server -- when you do not disable it.
(I do).
Esc C-BS is not an adequate replacement because it requires 2
keypresses (and I seem to recall that Esc and M were interchangeable, so
I am surprized that (define-key esc-map "foo" 'bar) is not the same as
(define-key global-map "M-foo" 'bar))
too bad...
