Re: Updating release version to 22.1

Since you want to release 22.1 the current code which is close to
freeze, beta-phase, cleaning-up mode, should get version-number
22.0.90 which is consistent with 21.3.50. People will know it's
22.1 that's the upcoming release and more beta-testing is still
needed, but the code is very usable if your live doesn't depend on
it.

So let the word spread: report any inconsistancy, spello, whatever
you can find, preferably with a patch.
