Toolbar: Suggestion for improved dired icon.

Hi!

I "made" alternative dired icons based on the GNOME file-manager.png
available in the hicolor theme.  I think that is the standard theme.
With my limited perception this one feels more appropriate than the
current folder-with-a-d currently used.
