RE: Emacs 23.1.93 pretest

Hopefully we'll get a Windows binary for this pretest too, at
http://alpha.gnu.org/gnu/emacs/pretest/windows/.

FYI, the last Windows binary posted does not send bug reports (via
report-emacs-bug) to emacs-pretest. It sends them to bug-gnu-emacs.
