in my case (web-mode.el)
font-lock-tag-name-face :
web-mode-html-tag-face , web-mode-html-tag-custom-face,
web-mode-current-element-highlight-face
font-lock-tag-bracket-face :
web-mode-html-tag-bracket-face, web-mode-html-attr-equal-face
