BTW, I have another minor suggestion: add sentences like "To contact the
GNU ELPA admins, send email to address@hidden  To report a bug,
send email to address@hidden  You can browse our bug database at
debbugs.gnu.org." so people know where to contact when they have a
problem.

Maybe we should file a meta bug[1] for the new website, in order to
avoid suggestions being forgotten.
