As someone who's been following the list for some time now (who often
doubts the value of my own messages sent here):  I think you are doing
great!

I too will be happy to help.  I suspect my experience level is similar
to others': I have generally been able to make customize do what I
wished, but I've struggled to do it and wondered how to make it easier
to understand/use.
