I am a bit confused.. Do you mean that we do not have to reinstall Termux with 
the Emacs package which, as stated by Po Lu, would request that?

Really I am still using the original Emacs package which does not request to 
reinstall Termux. Usual I put files in /sdcard/Download and access them from 
Emacs with C-x C-f /sdcard/Download/foo (maybe also files in /sdcard/emacs_docs 
should work..)
