First, especially the bug reporting steps.
I don't know what it means to "request exact match in .local..."
or what texlab fuzzy matches are. Maybe I can install texlab and
help you but you must take a bit of effort to craft your case in a
way that I can reproduce in my machine. Else I'm going to be
completely confounded and will not be able to help you.
Of course anyone else can take a guess and help you :-)
