That depends how much the LLMs are pperating.  It can vary.
But it is true that humans also make mistakes.

We all know that and we will not forget it.  But thee is a tendency to
look at a program's output and assume that the program is correctly
designed so the answer must be valid.  The "AI" marketing campaign
reinforces yjss.

The term "bullshit generator" is meant to remid people to do this.
