* etc/enriched.txt: Rename from enriched.doc.
Misc small updates for this hardly being "new" any more.
* lisp/textmodes/enriched.el (enriched-mode): Doc fix.
* lisp/emacs-lisp/authors.el (authors-renamed-files-alist):
Add enriched.doc -> enriched.txt.
