    Delete another library obsolete since 24.1
    
    This file was missed in the last commit to delete libraries obsolete
    since Emacs 24.3 or older.
    * lisp/obsolete/pc-mode.el: Delete file.  This library has been
    obsolete since Emacs 24.1.  (Bug#50999)
