    Make `format-prompt' use `substitute-command-keys'
    
    * doc/lispref/minibuf.texi (Text from Minibuffer): Mention it.
    * lisp/minibuffer.el (format-prompt): Run through
    `substitute-command-keys' (bug#51040).
