Fix macOS build (bug#58108)
* src/itree.h (struct interval_tree): Rename member nil to null.
* src/itree.c: Use null instead of nil
* src/pdumper.c (dump_buffer): Use null instead of nil.
* src/itree.c: Fix copyright.
* src/itree.h: Fix copyright.
