    [el-search] Don't initially fold El Occur buffers
    
    This didn't always work correctly and may also be irritating for new
    users.
    Bump version to 1.7.15.
    
    * packages/el-search/el-search.el (el-search--occur): Don't initially
    fold *El Occur* buffer.
