manual: Extend macOS performance notes
According to https://superuser.com/questions/1452865, and my own
profiling, the native mac `git' executable is much faster than the
one installed using `nix' or `brew'. Using the native executable
as `magit-git-executable' results in much faster response times
from Magit.
