    Fix definition of special key ", <return>"
    
    Commit 60f6968 broke the invocation of special key `, RET` which is
    meant to insert comma followed by newline. Prior to that commit,
    typing `, <return>` produced the Devil key sequence `, RET` which was
    defined as a special key. However with that commit, typing `, <return>`
    now produces the Devil key sequence `, <return>`.  Therefore, the
    special key definition needs to be updated from `, RET` to `, <return>`.
