Hi- FWIW, I just wanted to drop in and give this a +1.  I read through
the code and can see the effort that's gone into adopting the library
into ERC.  I particularly appreciate the addition of tests... the
previous maintainer was definitely too neglectful in that regard. ;)

Thanks for all the hard work, the end result looks great!
