Hi Sergio,

please read up about remember templates in the Org manual.

What you need to to in .emacs is something like this:

(setq org-remember-templates
  '(("Emailtask" 101 "* TODO %?\n  %(org-mac-message-get-link)" "~/ 
orgfiles/gtd.org" "Tasks" nil)))
