I can see two use cases for clock reports: transient reports (for quick checks about time spent) and persistent reports (for the boss.) I guess the second use case is the most common one, so excluding running clocks by default (setq `org-clock-report-include-clocking-task' nil) looks ok to me. -- Bastien
